We keep our fruits and veggies cold as they’re pressed and bottled before being exposed to over 85,000 PSI of pressure. This heat-free processing technique (high pressure processing, or HPP for short) controls harmful bacterias while maintaining that irresistible flavor & color that we can't get enough of. Many other juices use heat pasteurization techniques to extend the shelf life on their juices. By keeping our products cool from the moment they enter our facility to the moment you open to enjoy, we're able to preserve color, flavor, and nutrients while still ensuring food safety.
